Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping: All orders will ship from New York, NY. We offer standard free shipping orders over $50 to the contiguous U.S. For Free Shipping over $50 (the contiguous US only) we use USPS. Any orders received before 12 pm EST usually ship the same day. Any orders received after 12 pm EST usually ship the next business day. If you need a tailor-made solution, please contact us at hello@inspirationalnest.com, and we’re happy to help you.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package. Please contact your local post office for any inquiries regarding your package delivery.

International Shipping: For all our international shipments we use USPS International Priority. Please know that once the package leaves the country, we can not provide any further information regarding delivery other than what is provided in the USPS tracking system. If you have any delivery issues, please reach out to your local postal service.

We are not liable for any shipments once they leave the USA. Inspirational NEST does not cover any custom and duty charges. Customer is responsible for clearing the goods and paying any fees raised by the country for custom and duty charges.

Returns: We stand by our merchandise 100%, and we will accept returns on any new, unused and unwashed item in salable condition with a receipt from our website within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are simple with Inspirational NEST! If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of your purchased items you may initiate a return by emailing hello@inspirationalnest.com - be sure to include your order number, the reason for the return, and list the items to be returned.

As soon as the returned items are received and approved the refund will be processed. We will only be able to credit merchandise that is physically received by us.

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. The Flat Rate Fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund amount of credit. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
